- Giardini Naxos Upon your arrival in Catania airport , youll meet
your driver and transfered by private car to Giardini or Taormina. (Dinner

3: Giardini Naxos Siracusa Noto Modica Syracuse,
once one of the most powerful cities on the island. Guided tour of the archaeological
zone and Ortigia Island In the afternoon, visit of Noto a splendid
baroque city, and Modica, the ancient capital of Contea. Check in at the
Hotel : Cooking class followed by dinner and overnight. (Breakfast and

4: Piazza Armerina Agrigento
Visit the Villa Romana del Casale, a Roman country villa of the 3rd century,
famous for its precious mosaics and the Valley of the Temples, Unesco world

5: Selinunte
Marsala Erice - Palermo Selinunte.
Visit the archaeological area, the largest in Europe. Marsala, a town
on the Western coast famous for its wine production. Visit to Salt marshes , then
transfer to a farmhouse for oil tasting along with a visit to an olive oil press
followed by lunch. Erice, medieval town, and walking visit of its
historical centre. (Breakfast

6 :The Madonie Park and Cefalù
- Palermo Drive
to the Madonie Mountains' Natural Park. Visit of Polizzi Generosa and sample
typical local sweetmeats. A cooking class in a local family will be organized
, followed by a special lunch. Cefalù, famous for its rich
historical centre (the Norman Cathedral and the medieval quarter) as well as for
its beautiful beach and blue sea. Free time for shopping. Return to Palermo
(Breakfast , lunch included) Day
7: Palermo and Monreale Walking
tour of Palermo (the Norman Palace and the Palatine Chapel, the church
of San Giovanni degli Eremiti, the Cathedral, Quattro Canti square, Vucciria market).
Lunch on your own Afternoon: Optional excursion to Monreale,
an ancient village near Palermo, famous for its wonderful Norman Cathedral and
the adjoining cloister, architectural masterpieces of King Roger II. Return
to Palermo.. Youll have some time at leisure , perhaps to stroll through
the city. Farewell dinner at a local restaurant where guests will enjoy superb
and refined dishes based on typical recipes from local culinary traditions.
