Day 2 Cooking Lesson - Erice
Cooking lesson in a baglio in the Trapani area. Guided tour of Erice, a nearby medieval town,

Day 3 Agrigento - Piazza Armerina
 Guided tour of the Valley of the Temples in Agrigento and Piazza Armerina's Villa Romana del Casale, famous for its precious mosaics. Typical dinner based on authentic food such as pasta, ricotta, salsiccia, local meat and vegetables.

Day 4—Siracusa - Taormina
Tour of Siracusa, one of the most powerful Greek cities. Visit to the archeological area (Greek Theatre, the Roman Amphitheatre, the Ear of Dyonisus and the Latomie) and Ortigia Island. Walk through the historical center of Taormina

Day 5 Cooking class + Etna Wines- Taormina
Ccooking lesson by a famous chef- expert of the Sicilian traditional cuisine and lunch. Visit to Tenuta San Michele, on the slopes of Mt Etna, owned by Baron Scammacca del Murgo. Etna wines tasting

Day 6 Cooking Lesson: the Cuisine of the Country- The Madonie Park Nature reserve
