Day
1: Palermo arrival
Arrival
in Palermo. Welcome cocktail and orientation talk at 7pm.
Dinner at the hotelt Transfer from Palermo airport s included.
Transfers from Trapani airport (Euro 50 per person) and
Catania
airport (Euro 60 per person) are not included but available on request.
Optional excursion to Cefalù Euro 50 per person.

Day
2: Palermo - Monreale
After
breakfast, full day tour of Palermo and
Monreale including the Cathedral, Monreale, Catacombs of Capuchins,
Mondello and Monte Pellegrino. Lunch in a typical Sicilian Tunisian
restaurant with local strters and cous-cous. Dinner at the hotel.
Overnight . Optional excursion Palermo by night Euro 25 per person.

Day
3: Segesta - Erice (optional
excursion Trapani Saltpans and
Marsala)
After
breakfast, departure to Segesta and visit
to the archeological site. Continue to Erice and visit the medieval
town, famous for its mother church and the old castle. Admire
the
view and taste the famous almond cookies. Then, lunch at the hotel. In
the
afternoon, return to Palermo. Alternatively, optional excursion Trapani
Saltpans and Marsala winery (Euro 60 per person inclusive of entrance
fees and wine tasting).

Day
4: Selinunte – Agrigento
Breakfast
and departure to Selinunte for a visit of the archeological park. Lunch
in a nice restaurant with view on the Mediterranean Sea. Then,
continue to Agrigento and visit the Valley of
the Temples, Unesco world heritage site. Dinner in a pizzeria opposite
the Valley of the temples. Overnight at your
hotel in Agrigento.

Day
5: Modica -
Caltagirone- Taormina
After
breakfast, departure
to Piazza Armerina
and visit of the Roman Villa del Casale . Lunch in a restaurant and
then, on to Caltagironedeparture
to Modica and visit of the baroque town. Lunch in
a restaurant and then, on to Caltagirone for a visit of the most
important ceramics centre in Sicily. Transfer to Taormina.
Dinner
and overnight
at your hotel. Optional excursion Taormina by night

6 : Mt Etna- Taormina
Breakfast and
departure for a half day excursion
to Mt Etna. Drive as far as Crateri Silvestri (1800 metres).
Buffet lunch at a local restaurant. If he road to Mt Etna is
closed due to weather conditions we will visit the Baroque city of
Catania) In the afternoon.
leisure time in Taormina .
Dinner and overnight at your hotel.

7: Taormina
Breakfast
at the hotel and departure for a full day excursion to Siracusa where
we visit the archeological park and the historic centre of Orthigia.
Lunch in a restaurant in Siracusa. Dinner and overnight at your hotel
in Taormina.

8: Departure
Breakfast at
the hotel and transfer to Catania
airport . On request transfer to Palermo or Trapani airport at an extra
charge of Euron 50 per person.
